The main purpose of this position will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager. They work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, content creators, and marketing professionals to ensure that the digital platforms meet business objectives and provide optimal user experiences.


Responsibilities include:


1.AEM Implementation and Configuration:


·Collaborate with developers and designers to implement digital experiences in AEM.


·Configure AEM components, templates, workflows, and content structures to meet project requirements.


·Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in AEM development.


2.Content Management:


·Manage digital content within AEM, including creation, editing, and publishing.


·Ensure content is optimized for search engines and user engagement.


·Develop and enforce content governance policies and workflows.


3.Analytics and Reporting


·Utilize Adobe Analytics or similar tools to track and analyze user behavior and engagement on digital platforms.


·Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.


4.Technical Support and Troubleshooting


·Provide technical support to users and stakeholders on AEM-related issues.


·Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM implementation, configuration, and performance.


5.Quality Assurance and Testing


·Conduct testing of digital experiences to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility across devices and browsers.


·Identify and address any bugs or issues discovered during testing.


6.Documentation and Training


·Create and maintain documentation for AEM configurations, processes, and workflows.


·Provide training and support to content creators and other users on AEM usage and best practices.


YOU MUST HAVE


·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.


  • 3+ years’ experience in implementing and managing digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager

·Proficiency in AEM components, templates, and workflows.


·Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.


·Experience with web analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics.


·Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.


·Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.


·Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


·Strong communication and collaboration abilities


PREFERRED SKILLS:


·Adobe Experience Manager certification


·Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products such as Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign


·Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
