Job Role:
Extensive hands-on experience in Contact Centre applications and IP
Telephony or IT Hardware, preferably with a focus on Huawei IPCC Framework
Thorough understanding of Java and VXML, Linux and databases principles
Preferably experience in IPCC applications like CTI, IVR and recording solutions.
Front end, backend (DB and OS), middleware level issues troubleshooting.
Escalation and coordination with offshore team and managing SLAs.
Quick learner of new technologies.
Can listen, understand and convey customer requirements.
Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Days:
Monday - Friday
Working Timings: 10AM - 6PM
