We are seeking a Transport Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Acess Network Transport Operation Manager of   Vodafone Turkey.
 

•    To have knowledge of  IP/MPLS, MW, RAN , DWDM, technologies
•    Good knowledge of IP/MPLS Protocols 
•    Be the part of a NOC team which gives 7x24 service to Vodafone Customers by shift works.
•    Make neccassary night works to be able to apply planning teams plans.
•    Experience on operation  Huawei PTN/ATN/RTN and Nokia 7750SR7S, 7750SR2S, 7250IXRR6, 7250IXRE equipments. 
•    Topolgy knowlede and link capacity management skills are required.
•    Work with  regional  and central transport planning teams  and define link/equipment capacities and  protection methods.
•    To have software and network programming knowledge (i.e. Phyton) to be able to automatize some operational process and checks.
•    Provide feedback to Planning team topology desgin.
•    To Support Central Planning team Trials.
•    Experience on Transport  tool. (i.e: Cacthi, Graphana)
•    Follow up daily Transport KPIs and keep them over defined Level.
•    Link utilization. 
•    Network availability& reliability.
•    Make necessary Software/Hardware upgrade on time
•    Prepare periodically transport  network report to figure out the faults.
•    Work with planning temas to prepare periodically  Transport BCM Bussines Continutiy Management) Plans in case of any disaster situation.
•    Good knowledge E2E IP Transport network Synchronization (i.e: Frequency &Phase Sync, PTP)
•    Continuous Transport  Network optimization for operational efficiency 
•    To analysis of sales and regional teams  corporate customer demands and manage RED VPN service activation
 

•    BSc in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering. 
•    Master degree in Electrical/Electronic field or MBA is also desired
•    Have minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunication
•    Have min 4 years of telecommunication transport operation experience 
•    Knowledge on IP/MPLS and L2/L3 VPN Technologies
•    Have experience on IP routing protocols such as IS-IS, BGP, signalling protocols such as LDP, RSVP.
•    Good knowledge on SDN concept
•    Good command of English
•    Military service completed for male candidates
•    Have driving licenses
•    Have not restriction for mobility
•    Excellent communications skills
•    Takes personal responsibility
•    Can do, delivers, drives Vodafone to win
•    Having Huawei, Cisco or Nokia network training or certificates. At least one Vendor certificate.
•    MS office applications
•    Problem solving skills
•    Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
