Product Manager (WFM)

Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy and innovation: Track markets and trends, collaborate with product development, marketing, and delivery teams, strategize innovation
• Build and Manage Roadmap: Assess customer and prospect requirements, Conceptualize new product or features, and scoping, formalization of requirements and managing the time, quality and budget
• Commercial Activities: Contribute marketing, training, sales, and documentation, give presentations, demos and product know-how building for customers, and take part in answering RFP/RFI processes
• Partnering Customers: Help customers to achieve effective results, monitor key metrics of product, and initiate improvement actions
• Agile Product Management / Epic Owner activities: Implement the product vision & the business value in line with the business owners, the train PM’s, the product owners & agile teams,
• Communicate to, and gain adoption by, customers & ICRON teams on product vision, share product knowledge and ensure mutual understanding of the business
• Maximize the agile team outcome: Translate requirements into epics and/or user stories, prioritize them and validate their delivery

Job Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Product Management or related fields
• Fluency in English
• Experience in Product Management/Product Marketing practices / in managing B2B Software Products or SaaS
• Experience in working in an Agile environment and culture
• Experience in customer facing professional positions
• Experience in HRIS, WFM or Employee Scheduling software is a plus
