Our Team:



Responsible to drive and implement priority projects supporting the General Medicines GG MCO Roadmap as well as take leadership role in driving and managing critical operational aspects including supervision of critical roadmap milestones, alignment within the leadership team, supporting the core business processes including strategic planning and budget. (S)he will oversee evolving the business models, accelerating the business transformation, and achieving the Play to Win targets. (S)he will also be responsible for monitoring and following up on MCO priorities.
To achieve success, it is critical that the Business Planning Lead will:
Support GenMed GM to effectively manage GBU priorities, facilitate GBU governance and act as an interface to connect the dots within the Management Committee (MC) and the rest of the organization (within GBU and x-GBU). Partner closely with the GM & MC to (co)-lead, coordinate and monitor transversal priorities and deliver high impact projects (either internal or external) Take the lead in overseeing all change management initiatives required for the GenMed BU, with the goal of fostering a robust alignment and mindset shift throughout the entire BU roadmap, utilizing a targeted priorities approach. Provide assistance to the General Manager (GM) and Management Committee (MC) in organizing various communication platforms, including annual cycle meetings, opening sessions, town halls, and other open forums across the organization. Take an active role in GBU governance and delivery of the vision and strategic business priorities. Prepare and coordinate MC meetings, enable transversal collaboration, speed and agility in getting the decisions

Main responsibilities:



Provide strategic, tactical and operational support to initiatives supporting growth and innovation for GenMed Drive transversal projects with the Leadership Team Support meetings hosted by GM (GBU Leadership Team, Governance meetings) Follow up the meeting outcomes and action items Help sustaining the right environment & support for Leadership Team Conduct analysis and create presentations to advance GBU agenda Lead, coordinate or support projects and initiatives for business growth and delivering on priorities within GBU and as One Sanofi Initiate projects to accelerate transformation Work on improving existing project management methodology (process, tool..) Collaborate with all departments for alignment and impact Support the development of innovation initiatives in country and facilitate the follow of their roll-out Set up and maintain GBU governance to align MC on key strategic priorities throughout the year (MC meetings, offsite meeting, townhalls, performance reviews, country visits, etc.). Drive business planning and analytics activities (e.g., budget process, data management) Participate in cross-functional brand teams sessions during planning and budget process/ and follow up for execution of agreed upon projects Coordination of the country council and responsible of some projects across different GBUs within the MCO Contribute to development of brand plans from country perspective and assist the Marketing Team with the annual planning cycle and execution related to country. Create and deliver reports, case studies and project plans for the MCO Act as a point of entry for company-wide projects by identifying right contact
About you
3 to 5 years of experience in Marketing and or Project Management Experience in leading project teams involving different functions is a plus. Understanding of the market, competition and future trends, and good understanding of our value chain. Ability to take data-driven decisions based on customer needs. Ability to manage relationships across various stakeholders Role model of PTW behaviours. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as influence, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in agile methodologies and ways of working. Fluent in English and local language when needed.
