Female Store Associate

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Female Store Associate to join our team in newly opened Store in The Avenues Mall , Kuwait. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and assisting customers in finding the products they need. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs
2. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
5. Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring shelves and displays are fully stocked and neat
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotional offers
8. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
10. Perform other duties as assigned
